The Planning Board meets once a month, generally on the 2nd Wednesday of every month. It is given the responsibility through the Town's adopted Land Use Code of approving applications for Site Plans and Subdivisions (and occassionally other types of applications). Additionally, the Planning Board has a role in providing recommendations to the Board of Selectmen on changes to the Land Use Code.
